how do you get criminal records by county?

Your local sheriff’s office will do a background check for you with ID. You’ll have to contact each county separately, or you can contact your state law enforcement agency. (Check online for a website) In Florida you can get your FL criminal history for about $30. Then, you can also contact the FBI for a complete criminal history.

go to the court house and see the county clerk ask for the record you want to see or the year/month you want to research.

Ther is no easy answer to this question. Every state is DIFFERENT! Here in Ct, we go to the Ct State Police, submit the proper application, and we can find out anyones criminal conviction record, for crimes committed in Ct. I suggest you go to your local police or DA, tell them what you want, they should be able to direct you to the proper authorities. Hope this helps.
